I began physical therapy at CHI for a long time. Never got asked for a copayment and assumed I was covered.
Several months go my and I am hit with a bill over $2400. Insurance pays some leaving a bill of $360. No one informed of this bill at all. So I am on a payment plan.
Got two text over the weekend Im over due. Last text received on February 22 stated I had 18 days before bill is due. Counted 18 days on my calendar and got March 12. How they got this by using the 22 of February as first day counted instead of 23 of February.
So over the weekend received 2 text msg that my bill is over due. Have spent an hour and a half trying ng to find CHIS email to email them but I cant find any.

YOUR CHI IRON BURST INTO FLAME WHILE IRONING.

I finally received the shipping label after asking several times. I shipped the Iron and my husbands work shirt that was damaged by the Iron.
I shipped it on February 7th 2022.
I am anxiously waiting for the right response. Thanks and I'll keep you informed.

I'm not impressed, I lodged a complaint some days back and till now no word from the company
Preferred solution: Monetary compensation and an apology letter to me for negligence.
User's recommendation: Everyone should be careful, it's not just about expiry date , try to be more careful with what you ingest I to your system. The regulatory bodies have failed us woefully.
