Chi in New York, New York - Daily steals cannot contact or find oyt about order

i placed an order for CHI flat iron on 11/23. Its been over 12 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i still have no info about the shipping or wether it's in stock. all i see is open status. also i cannot contact this company to find more info on my order. what a farce. their email aint working either. i get no transporter when u try to contact via email. i really need to know if i am going to get my stuff before 23rd of this month. it's HOLIDAY season and they are *** me off at the wrong time. i have decided to call the Consumer services on this one.

DO NOT PLACE ORDERS USING chihairstraightenersshop.com or by products manufactured by CHI!!!!

I did so and am out of $100! I previously owned a pair of Chi by Farouk but when they burned out I went to the Chi official site to place an order. Even though prices were higher I purchased some flat irons because the website stated the following " If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Please be aware that the product being returned or exchanged must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty items will be returned to the customer. It should be in original package when you return." A few days after receiving my shipment I contacted the website via email (because they do not have a customer service telephone number) . I informed them that I wanted to exchange the item purchased and why I was returning it after only 2 uses. I also told them that even though the item I wanted to exchange my order for was a lower priced one I was not concerned with receiving monetary reimbursement for the difference. I informed them of the product I wanted to receive in return and requested the return shipping address. For days on end I kept emailing to obtain the return shipping address and the customer service reps (about 2 or 3 different ones) refused to give it to me. They kept telling me to keep the item I am dissatisfied with and place a new order to obtain the item I had been trying to exchange it for. No matter how many times I sent nice/friendly emails I never got the address requested and each time they just kept telling me to place a new order. The most frustrating thing of all is that there is not number to call to talk to an actual person and they never called me when I emailed them my cell number and requested to discuss the matter via telephone. I am not sure if this is all part of some company stall tactics to avoid having to do exchanges/return or is this company is just not concerned with customer satisfaction but needless to say I will never by another chi hair straighter or chi flat iron again!

I ordered a flat iron on 07/02/10 and as of today 07/15/10 nothing!! I did contact my bank since it was on my Debit card. My bank is investigating. I did go back to the same site I was on and it appears the site was brought down. However, there are several sites...
